Seedloaf’s relaunch is near, backed by new infrastructure built to support more players and faster feature development.
The relaunch is close
Seedloaf is preparing to return after several months away. External infrastructure delays shifted the planned relaunch to the weekend following 7 November 2024.
New server nodes
Our infrastructure provider expects the new nodes to arrive on Thursday, 7 November, leaving time to configure and prepare them for the weekend.
A familiar product on a stronger foundation
The initial relaunch will look similar to the earlier version of Seedloaf, but the platform behind it has been substantially rebuilt.
The original system was created without anticipating how many players would use it and could not reliably handle the community’s growth.
The new infrastructure is designed to support many more users and make future features—including full file access—significantly faster to build and release.
