Seedloaf is committed to customer satisfaction with our Minecraft server hosting services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may request and receive refunds for subscription payments.
Refund Eligibility
14-Day Grace Period
- Customers who are dissatisfied with our services may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment.
- This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.
- To request a refund, customers must email [email protected] with their account details and reason for dissatisfaction.
Refund Exclusions
- Refunds will not be issued in cases where a user has violated our Terms of Service.
- Users who have engaged in platform abuse or misuse will be disqualified from receiving refunds.
- Seedloaf reserves the right to determine violations based on available evidence.
- Users who file a chargeback may have their accounts suspended and lose access to services and data.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Refunds are only available within the first 14 days after purchase.
- No partial refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations after the 14-day period.
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Refunds are only available within the first 14 days after purchase.
- Customers who cancel after the 14-day period will retain access to premium features until the end of their annual subscription period.
- No prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of annual subscriptions after the 14-day refund period.
Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
- Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds will be processed securely via Paddle and typically take 5-7 business days.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for refund processing and for funds to appear in your account.
Data Retention After Refund
- Customers who receive a refund will not lose access to their existing server data.
- However, if server resources exceed the free tier limits, customers will not be able to start their server without reducing resource usage or resubscribing to a premium plan.
- We reserve the right to delete or archive inactive server data after 30 days unless the user re-subscribes.
Changes to these Terms
- Seedloaf reserves the right to modify these refund terms at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated to customers via email and/or website notifications.
